Mr Price is not a minister in the Church of England. He is a minister in a breakaway separatist body, named "The Church of England (Continuing)".

Simon, many thanks for that clarification. The quote came from the Evening Standard, but I should have checked my facts better. I presume that this separatist body is a more Evangelical movement?
